paternity and child support

I have a two year old son and during the pregnancy married someone other than his biological father. My husband and I have split and his biological father has come into his life. My question is how do i have his biological father put onto the birth certifcate and begin child support? I do not want my husband to end up with any financial responsibility since he has chosen to have no further contact with my son.
