Hello my daughter just moved to Kansas with her aunt. I live here in Texas. what is she going to need to be able to register my child in school? And also will I need apower of attorney letter?

She will need to talk to the school in Kansas about what they require.

You will also need to talk to her doctor since she is under the age of 18 regarding what he/she will want to treat a minor.

You will also need to talk to her old school to determine what they want to withdraw her and forward her records.
