Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

Pre-natal paternity test

My ex-girlfriend is approximatively 13 weeks pregnant. Turns out that she slept with another person right around the probable conception date, now I have serious doubts about being the father. Do I have the right to request a pre-natal paternity test before the child is born? What rights do I have if she declines?

Re: Pre-natal paternity test

Due to the increased risks associated with paternity testing of a fetus, it is unlikely that a judge will order same. Once the child is born, you may all voluntarily submit to paternity testing, or you may file a paternity case to have such testing ordered.
