Missouri DFS has denied placement of my grandchildren with us due to false allegation made from 800# on my husband. Although the courts(thru divorce)ruled unsubtantiated DFS says no...thus when my son was killed and mom's rights were terminated, we stepped up to adopt the children but the attorney ad lidium is not infavor because Missouri DFS refuses to accept previous court findings on my husband even tho allegation will be expunged by statute of limitation in 3 three months.Is it possible to sue for custody from Kansas and petition MIssouri courts for a ruling against Missouri for my husband??
