Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

I was reported to SRS for neglect/child abuse. The report stated that there was dried feces and urine "in" my daughters vagina. Contact was never made with me about her being dirty or improperly dressed. The report is false. What are my rights with the SRS and school system?
