Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas
I have residental custody of my 3 year old daughter. I want to move out of state and I know I have to give a 30 day notice. I was just wondering if he does contest it what I will have to do. And if we go to court what are my chances of winning? He has no job, and his last job was a week long before he got fired. He is 2 months behind on child support and doesn't keep her when he is suppose to.

If there is a legitimate reason for th emove i.e new better job, or closer to relatives, etc., the chances are good that you will be able to move with your daughter, (based upon what limited facts you were able to provide here.) That is even if he objects. But, you may have to bear the extra costs of transportation for visits with the father.
