Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

Restraining orders

My boyfriend recently had a (unwarranted) restraining order placed against him. He is following all dictated restrictions as stated in the order, however, the person placing the order continues to call several times a day and makes repeated requests to watch their infant son. He does not answer the phone when called by her and has not contacted his son since the issue was ordered, but my question is--Is it legal for her to be contacting him after she filed a restraining order against him? Does that violate anything that she initiated? Thank you.

Re: Restraining orders

It really depends on the language in the Order. I would look at that for the answer to your question.
