Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

what rights does a father have who is not on the birth cirtificate and has not seen his child since she was born, and who has only sent one child support check since birth?

Can I as the mother ask that his visitations are supervised due to the fact that i fear for her safety but can not necessarily prove she would be in danger?
