Rights

My husband has a son thats 3, he didnt find out till he was 2 and a half that he was biologiacly his. Even though we found that out he still is in his life but now the mother is sayin we cant see him. Does my husband have any rights?

Fathers have rights, too! By filing a paternity case, the father can request parenting time. A complete Parenting Plan, including child support may be adopted by the court. Consult an experienced family law attorney.
