Selling of children

In the case where my former wife agrees fire her attorney for ''demanding sexual favors as payment fo services'' and signs an agreed order to give me sole custody of the children does the attorney have to withdraw? Of after they make up can he re-enter the matter and puruse me for buyig my kids?
