Share Value Trust

My Wife left ten months ago. We are just now going through the divorce stuff. I found out in July that I would be receiving a check from a Share Value account that the company I work for enrolled me in. She found out about it and now wants half. Is she entitled to it? The amount that I received is $195.00 more than I owe to cover another situation that she created with my house. I want to pay this debt with this money. Do I have any options?

Yes, since it is a marital debt, I would suggest to the court you use the money you are suggesting to pay for it. I would imagine the court will agree.
