Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

I have shared custody of my child, with no set guidelines for visitation. My son is 3 years old and autistic, his mother insists that she needs him for work on the weekends. She travels with carnivals and uses my son to sell merch for her. They even travel out of state sometimes. I don't consent to any of this but I'm also not sure how to stop it. What can I do legally to fix the situation?

You may need to fiel a Motion to mody custody and or establish a visiation Order. The specific factrs (more thatn you can share here) alter the outcome of such an endeavor. Therefore, you should consult direclty with a family law attorney in your area. Let them ask you questions and examine the existing Custody Order or any other documentation you have. Many offer a free or low cost initial consultation.

Good luck
