how do i sign over my parental rights or how do i get it started?

how one signs over their parentla rights depends upon to whom, for what peurpose and for waht time period thay are doing so. You cannot sign over yrou obligationt oprovide support for the chidl until they turn eighteen,a dn someitmes till 24 if they are in college. You can give another competent adult permission to house and care for yrou child. You can conent to allow otehr parents to adopt your child, if approved by the Court. You should probably consult directly with an attorney in the area where the child lives, to determine what you need the to do.
