Surendering all rights to my son.

Can you please tell me the name of the document that will let me surrender all rights to my son. I have not seen him in almost 9 years, yet I am still paying child support. Please let me know which document I need. Thank you for your time..

It is not possible to give up your rights unless there is someone to adopt him. As to child support, since it is the right of the child to receive it, you will have to pay it.
