Tax dependants

I have joint custody of our two kids with my ex. We were never married. In the works of getting joint parenting plan in writting. This year I payed for all daycare costs for both boys. Does she still have the right to claim one of the boys on her taxes? Thanks for your time.

She does and you do to. You need to set this out in your agreement. And if you are paying all the daycare, you should get a credit for it on your child support worksheet.
