violation of court order

Our ex-dau-in-law refused us court ordered visitation,We don't have a lawyer, can we file a compliant with the district court representing ourselves? If so what kind of form will be required?

Don't attempt to handle this pro se. . .contact legal counsel to file a motion and set hearing on why DIL should not be found in contempt for denying what I understand was court-ordered visitation with your grandchildren.
