Wedding ring
My wife and I were recently divorced. She agreed
to give me back her wedding ring but then
decided that she wanted to keep it. She now has
the ring (without my permission) and doesn't want
to give it back. Who has the right to keep the
wedding ring?

Was this an issue resolved by the court. . .or verbal agreement between u and ex? Length of marriage? Ring has value, or sentiment? Lots of unanswered considerations. . .there is no simple answer. . .if ring is valuable and was set aside to u by the court, then u may file a Motion to Show Cause, asking the court to enforce it's order.
