wife who left a year ago

my boyfriends's wife left him almost a year ago and has not lived there the entire time. Neither has had money for the divorce. One night she comes over and throws all his stuff out on the lawn and says ''its her house too.'' Since she left him and has been living with her boyfriend ever since, is there anything we can do to keep her out of the house?

A divorce is the best option, because it allows complete and final decisions as to both parties' rights. If that is not possible, you should seek a Protection From Abuse Order. Contact your County/District Attorney's office or an experienced family law attorney.
