Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

Will the court accept the original cut out from the newspaper for a legal publication for divorce or do I need to have a notarized copy from the newspaper ?

On the Journal entry of judgement and decree of Divorce (with no minor children), do I fill out the information of debts and payments or does the judge?

You will need an Affidavit if publucstion. It sounds like you are not welk eniugh versed in Kansas law to handle your case Pro Se. I suggest thst hire an attorney to at least assist in drafting your Pro Se pleadings, if not represent you in the case.
