Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

I want to right the wrongs

I have been told by my attorney (which I really cannot afford) that it is not possible for me to get an eye to eye hearing in chambers or in court with a judge to state my case. Why is this not possible? Or am I being mis-directed?

Respectfully, Diane Spellmeyer

Re: I want to right the wrongs

What exactly is this "case" that you want to state to the judge? Your question does not contain enough information for an attorney to even begin to submit a helpful response. Try again, and include whether or not you have a pending lawsuit, motion or other legal matter of some kind. State what has been done in that matter so far. Tell us why your attorney tells you that you are not able to present your story to the judge. Maybe, with the right information someone will be able to respond intelloigently to your question.
