Legal Question in Medical Leave in Kansas

I had a baby 5/2. On 5/19 I received 2 envelopes from my employer. 1st- FMLA approval. 2nd- 401(k) dispursement options due to termination. The store I work at is in Kansas, the home office is in Missouri. What are my options, and where do I turn from here?
