Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Kansas
A case of who I should sue? A food truck for the school took a different route by my house and caught the electric line and pulled the service off my house. {that's the easy part...It's the truck co.} The city recently paved the street and did not raise the lines. Is it the city? We went before the city and they agreed to turn it over to their insurance. They said It is the truck's fault that they caused the damage. The truck co said hey they raised the street their problem. I have a bill for $743.00 that needs to be paid. Who should I sue for the damages.
