Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Kansas
When i file my small claims case. Its a couple hours away. Can part of the cost i am seeking include filling fee's, gas money and day off of work for the day of court?

Your filing fees and costs of getting the defendant served, can be part of the judgment (should you prevail) but the other items, probably not.
