two of my neighbors sit on there porch and watch my house and company they write down tag numbers of any one that comes to my home. they have called the police told them i was doing drugs and selling them which i don''t, called police at night and woke husband and son uo saying they had a call that i had alot of traffic. i had gone to mcdonalds. friends put a key in my truck, called and said someone broke into it.Had a neighborhood meeting about me saying i sold drugs, and none of what they said is true. but he also followed me to a friends house and have followed my son what can i do

If a secofoc person is making statements tha they know are false, such as "they're selling drugs over there" you may sue for slander or harassing prosecution. But, if they are calling the police, saying that "I see alot of traffic coming and going from that house" to teh police or anyone, and it is true, then they cannot be prosecuted for telling that to the police. If it is all false, eventually the police will stop reacting to their calls. IF there has been aneighborhood meeting about you, call another to adress concerns directly. IF none of teh previous people will come, then draft an aopen letter saying that you have heard that people are making accusations X, Y, & Z about you, and that they are false. Also state that you take these accusation seriously, and you plan to prosecute civally anyone who makes or repeats such false accusations. I would not name anyone in particualr in your letter, except you and your family.

That should resolve the situation somewhat. But, if you say you will sue, and then you don't, your credibility may be shot.
