Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Kansas

If I take pictures of someone, they don't sign any agreement and I don't charge, only verbal agreement is that I will take pictures of them and they pay for walmart to process them, their pictures in up on a website that makes fun of others, am I liable? And lets say I put it on there.
