birth certificate required for fiance visa petition

I was born in Vietnam but now a US citizen. I want to petition for the fiance visa for my fiance in Vietnam so he can come to the US. One document required from the consulate in Vietnam is my birth certificate. I do not have any birth certificates. What can I do to solve this?

Look in instruction for acceptable "secondary evidence." Usually affidavits from relatives who have some personal knowledge of your birth will be accepted if no birth certificate is available. Also, church and school and medical records if the show your date and place of birth.
