Legal Question in Immigration Law in Kansas
Can a U.S. citizen who was imprisoned twice sponsor their spouse, who overstayed their worker visa, for permanent residency? The imprisonment was once for a felony of selling drugs and a second imprisonment for stealing a tractor!! They have just been released.
Thank you.
