deportation
my brother is deported this past 5/07 he has been in the USA most all his life. how long is the waiting period to reapply to get him back to the states, if possible. is it true that his children can file and he will be able to come to the USA quicker?

Depending on whether he has a qualifying US Citizen relative who could apply for him, the petitioning US Citizen would have to request a permission of entry after deportation based on the extreme hardship the US Citizen would suffer if the deported alien were not to be allowed to re-enter. Assuming your brother was ordered removed, said application would have to be submitted a year after his deportation.
