fiance visa
i am an american citizen who has been trying to bring my fiance to the united states.
i did all the necessary paper work. She had her appointment at the american embassy in turky last week. she was denied the issuance of K-1 visa. the embassy told her that they were unable to issue a visa because she have been found ineligible to receive a visa uder section 221(g) of the immigration and nationality act. my fiance is from iran and she worked in a public hospital in iran.

Liem's right. Nobody can help you without much more information. 221(g) provides that no visa may be issued to someone who is inadmissible. I haven't counted lately, but I'd guess there are at least fifty reasons why someone might be inadmissible. In this case I think you will have to take your sponsoring papers and anything she may have filed to a qualified immigration lawyer for review and analysis. Good luck.

You need to provide more details regarding the denial. She was most likely found to be inadmissible to the US under section 212 of the Act, but under what grounds. The fact that she's from Iran probably doesn't help.
