Legal Question in Immigration Law in Kansas
i heard that people who had been in usa for more than 5 yrs and illegal are qualified t apply for green card. is it true?

No, that is not true. However, if you are under the age of 31, you might qualify for DACA (see www.uscis.gov for more details).
Also, the Senate is proposing some sort of Amnesty, so the law might change soon to benefit people who are in the U.S. illegally, with many criteria to be met, I'm sure.
