Legal Question in Immigration Law in Kansas
I am international student, came to the US with F-1 in 2005, and still on F-1, I got married with US citizen, we filed all papers to adjust status, what will happen if we fail the interview? will they deport me even though if i keep my F-1 status i.e. go to college and take 12 cr. hours. Thanks!

There should be no reason you fail the interview unless the immigration officer suspects fraud. If you have a bona fide marriage, there should be no major issues at the interview. You may want to have an immigration attorney prepare you for the interview by conducting a mock one with you and your spouse.
