Legal Question in Immigration Law in Kansas
I am a legal resident but my daughter is not
am a legal resident but my daughter is not i have a son that is a citizen , i came here to get away from her dad that was abusive and hit us. i have worked and paid taxes, but i got a dui (got a dibursion) and bad credit. what do i do ?should i apply for my citizenship before i try to get her legal?

You can file for permanent residency for your daughter now. Obtaining your citizenship will reduce the waiting time.
