Is it legal to sell captured movie stills?

I am wanting to create several photo frames including movie stills from various movies. The frames will also include a small caption with the movies title. The stills will be captured on my computer using software I purchased and movies I have purchased. Can I sell these picture frames legally? Thank you.

you cannot sell the picture stills legally without a license from the studios.
