Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Kansas

I live in Kansas and i am wanting to know if i can be present while my 9 year old son is being asked questions by SRS.

In many circumstances, you can be present whiel yrou 9 year old is being quesioned. SRS woudl nto normally deny your request to be there, unless there is ahint that you might have been teh source of information they seek, or that you are suspected of abuse or neglect.
