Cutting Wages

Was wondering what my rights were on employer cutting my wages from what they started me out at. Reason for cut want to make sure money is there for when times are slow. This is a major cut in pay.

Basically none unless it was retroactive. A union maybe. Or unless you have a written agreement guaranteeing your wage. Sorry.
