Legal Question in Employment Law in Kansas

Daughter has worked for Subway for over 5 years. recently she earned 36 hours of paid vacation. While on vacation she was offered another job which she accepted and immediately told her supervisor at Subway. Her supervisor told her that her vacation time would be revoked and that she was no longer being paid. My question is this legal or does my daughter have the right to the pay since she earned the time off?

Under the facts you described, it sounds like your daughter is due her vacation pay. You should have her meeet with an employment lawyer in her area soon.
