Legal Question in Employment Law in Kansas
Fired from my job!
My friend was just fired from her job yesterday. She worked an 11 hour shift and was fired for sitting down for a little bit on the job. She had not been on any breaks the whole day until after 10.5 hours she sat down to take a load off. What legal action could she take?

Probably none. The law does not gnerally provide for breaks. The real issue might be if she is getting paid overtime if she works over 40 hours a week.
