Legal Question in Employment Law in Kansas

Intercom repremand

When my husbands boss is having a bad day he finds a reason to chew my husband out. He gets loud and nasty. He has made it a point to do this infront of my husbands co-workers. If there aren't others in the room he will take my husband into his office and broadcast it over the intercom for everyone to hear. My husband comes home very upset that he gets down grated infront of all of his co-workers. Are there any laws to protect him from this public humiliation?
