I doubt anyone else will respond to this. No one can guide you through legal problems on a website. The purpose of this site is to provide educational advice to people and help them understand if they need to obtain legal advice from a competent attorney. No website can offer sufficient legal advice to a person. Attorneys who respond to questions do so to help point people in the right direction; but, if you have a serious legal issue, you need to obtain a competent attorney.
