Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Kansas
my daughter that lives in hays kansas just got a eviction notice from her landlord today she is 1 month behind on rent. he gave her 3 days to be out. also the electric bill was in his name and he had the electric company shut her off the point is that she is 5 months pregnant and it is 100 degrees here in kansas is that legal for him to do?

There is a procedure for legal eviction in Kansas. It doe snto sound like this landlord has follwed it. Your daughter should immediately seek legal counsel to deal with what appears to be am egregious violation by this landlord. The landlord might end up owing her more than she owed in rent.
