how do I evict family (my sister and her husband) that do nothing to contribute to MY household but live with (off) me?

You need to give them written notice to vacate and keep a copy of the notice and notations as to how nd when it was delivered to each of them. If they do not leave, then file an unlawful detainer action. Many county court house have fill-in-the-blanks forms for filing these. You can also get one off the district court's web site for the county where you live or the KS Court of Appeals web site of Judicially approved forms. Hopefully, teh notive to vacate will spur them to contribute to the household, so that you can maintain a healthy family bond.
