Maybe you needa carrot to ardian or attorney-in-fact). If her doesn't leave, the issue will be if he has established your place as his residence. If he is a short term guest, you won't be liable for changing the locks or removing his belongings. But, if he has established himself, I. E. Getting mail there, or using the address on applications or governmental registrations, you will have to formally evict him.
There may be another route. Since her is your father, and he may feel entitled to overstay his welcome. He may need an incentive to leave. Filing a petition to evict him, may be the stick to push him out. You might consider a carrot to entice him out. Therefore, you might need help to find somewhere for him to go.
