in kansas does receiving mail at an address make it your legal residence?

The question you asked, is much more complicated than you may realize. There are many different reasons for determining residency. If you are talking about eligibility to work in a certain town, or put your child in a certain school district, getting mail may not be enough. For other purposes, like gettting evicted, mail might be enough. If you need a clearer answer, you might post again, with an explanation of the purpose for determing residency.
