Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Kansas

If my landlord gives an eviction notice that is not notorized, just printed off by them. Is it legal in kansas? And if so, do i get until midnight on the 30th day to get my stuff out?

If the tenancy time has expired, there is not a requirement that the notice if an intention not to renew by notarized, unless the lease agreement requires it The time to vacate depends upon the period of rent, and any agreements.
