Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Kansas
My landlord is trying to sue me and is using a differe.t name than whats on our contract. Is that legal?

The owner or leasing agent can sue. If your building was sold during the Lease period, the new owner is treated as the landlord listed on the lease agreement.
