Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Kansas
Can I legally change the locks on my house that only has my name on it? My girlfriend and I split up and she refuses to give me the keys back and is threating to throw my stuff in the pool ... what are my options?

If she did not live there, or has moved out, then you may change the locks. If she lives there, you must let her in to get her things.
