how can I legally evict my live in boyfriend from our rented house? we have a month to month lease that both of us are on but he has not paid any money in the last year toward the household bills.

Baes upon the facts you have described, it apepars that you will have to sue yrou boyfriend for contribution to the shared expenses (if you have an agreement to each pay) If you don't hire an attorney to handle the case for you, you might consider paying one to draft yrou documents for you.
