Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Kansas
I was living with two people who signed over their truck to me. My name is the only one on the title. We had a written contract on how much I was paying for daycare and rent, even though they were not making me pay anything. Well they kicked me out with out a 30 days notice and are saying if I don't sign the truck back over they will sue me. What should I do

Sign the truck back to them, (in exchange for a written statement from each of then stating that they waive all claims against you). Or, don't give the truck back and see if they sue.
