Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Kansas
Do I need a LLC , to rent out My property ? Do we need to change our property title to an LLC for our protection if we're are an LL business in order to be protected when we rent our property to tenants.?

Your question is more based upon your tax situation, more than protection from liability for negligence or torts. If you are adequately insured, the former of the landlord is not so important. But, if you choose to be a corp., you will need to transfer the property to that entity.
