Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Kansas
When I marry my fiance what are my rights to live with her in her apartment in the state of kansas if the landlord will not add me to the lease?

There are few leases that can disallow moving a new family member (baby or spouse) unto the rental unit. But, the landlord is seldome required to "add" the person onto the lease. But, if you send s letter to the landlord th as t you personally guarentee your fisnce/wife's rental debt, it us unlikely that they wouldn't accept your obligation.
